Trailblazing
Trailblazing — Jay Bryant Ward
She stands ready, reins in hand, hat pulled low, and confidence written in every detail. Trailblazing is a richly rendered oil-style portrait of a young Black girl in full Western cowgirl attire — embroidered vest, orange bandana, patterned denim, and worn leather boots — set against a warm, painterly golden-brown background.
Jay Bryant Ward brings depth and dignity to this striking figure, celebrating the spirit of the American West through a fresh, empowering lens. Whether displayed in a child's bedroom, a collector's gallery wall, or a Western-themed living space, this print carries presence and pride in equal measure.
Available as a gallery-quality fine art print in a vertical 1×2 format. Signed by the artist in the lower right corner.
